HYDRAGREENS
FOUNDATION
We are a non-profit organisation focused on reviving nature's wealth.
MISSION & VISION.
This earth belongs to all equally. We wish to create an environment where every species has an equal right and equal care on the earth. We envision a world where nature & humans exist in harmony and flourish together.
Our aim is to preserve, protect & revive nature's ability to support and nourish all lifeforms with active community participation.
Thus, we seek to:
-
enhance bio-diversity in all its forms
-
reduce pollution of air, water & land
-
recharge & revive water bodies & ground reserves
-
empower & engage communities & people

TOGETHER, CREATING NATURAL WEALTH
We understand that Nature can only be revived when every community, business & individual come together. Since 2018, through collaborations & partnerships, we are making it easier for both individuals & businesses across the country to give back to the environment, create a healthier life, protect biodiversity, and help reforestation.
Following the ideology "NATURE KNOWS THE BEST" we work For the Nature, in tune With the Nature and By (the laws) of the Nature.
ONE DRIVE. ONE FOCUS. ONE EARTH
Creating greater impact in less time. We continuously expand our environmental impact through partnerships with local communities, institutions and corporate partners.

HOW WE WORK.

1. COLLABORATE
We engage corporates, organisations, scientists, authorities and local people to create innovative strategies & real-world solutions to restore degraded landscapes. Only by bringing diverse allies together can we seek to create a meaningful long-term impact.

2. RESTORE
We do not just plant trees. We create a self-sustaining ecological system, a meaningful impact on the people, environment and biodiversity. Our strategies & planting schemes are based on deep scientific research and are area specific. Improved ecosystem services are an essential outcome of all our projects with increased soil fertility, fresh air, clean water etc.

3. EMPOWER
We work with local communities to bring a sense of belonging and enhance environmental stewardship capacity.
We empower local farmers through agroforestry, sustainable agriculture and nature-based livelihood opportunities. Women’s participation and economic empowerment are integrated into relevant community-based projects.

4. MEASURE
We monitor the progress of our sites through regular internal and third-party audits. Environmental indicators like survival rate, bio-mass growth, species diversity helps us measure the impact of our project on the environment. Other indicators like direct & indirect jobs created, number of people trained, direct & indirect beneficiaries and additional income generated through alternative livelihood activities are also used to measure the socio-economic impact.
